At Minga London, we want you to love your items, but if they aren't quite right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return them for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Start Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached.

Ship It Back

Generate your prepaid return label through the portal, print it out, and drop off your package at the nearest authorized collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
